Mortgage Capacity Reports

A Mortgage Capacity Report is a detailed analysis of the level of mortgage you are likely to obtain after divorce or separation. Every report is different, as are every client’s circumstances and objectives.

Why do I need a mortgage capacity report?

The assessment is often used in divorce proceedings when proof of mortgage borrowing is required. It can be used to help make decisions on finances and help make financial plans for the future. I take pride in the relationships I have developed with family lawyers in the local area.

What’s involved?

This is completely dependent upon your individual circumstances and the complexity involved in your separation.

I will spend time getting to know your current financial circumstances and how this may change in the future. We will work together through various scenarios to ensure that all outcomes are covered and you are aware of the effects of these.

Please get in touch if you would like further information.
